After a number of years utilizing a local dentistry, I made the decision to locate a dentistry closer to my home. The former dentistry had changed ownership, plus the dentist I had decided to retire shortly after the Covid period. Upon visiting Rancho Cucamonga Smiles just to check them out, I immediately felt like this was the office I wanted to utilize. The front staff was very friendly. I had an issue with a tooth and the office personnel set me up for an immediate appointment. That afternoon, I was able to be evaluated and the dentist took care of me on the spot. I then was set up for a tooth cleaning the following week. Before leaving the office, I was set up for my next two cleanings and next dental appointment. I must say, the entire staff at Rancho Cucamonga Smiles is "A Number 1".

From beginning to end, my experience at Smiles Dentistry was excellent. Everyone was very kind, informative, and well-trained. Dr. Simmons did a fantastic job explaining the results for my exam, and providing advice on how to take care of my teeth better in the long-term. Aylene, my hygienist, made sure I was comfortable during the entire deep-cleaning process, and also explained the tools she was using as she was using them. It was one of the smoothest cleaning experiences I've ever had. My only small critique was the time between seeing my dentist and seeing my hygienist took a bit long, but to me that is just a demand thing, so I'm not super surprised given at how well she did.

Dr. Simmons was the best. I was afraid to go to the dentist and he made my experience painless and fun. His staff, Miss Jasmine, Miss Aylene (the best hygienist), Miss Diana and the ladies at the front were all so kind and sweet. I finally found my dentist! Thank you all
